To be fair taught it would be a cod.But really have to say really works brilliantly. Breathing through the nose a game changer.takes a while to get used of the mouth cover,but once u get over that cuts snoring by 90%. 100%works.
I find the product completely comfortable to use and they make such a difference for my sleep quality and that of my wife.
Just remember to allow time to cool down after a shower or bath , ensure that skin is dry and the nose clip will adhere properly.
