The difference from the 1st night is truly amazing!! I’m breathing at night so much better, feeling rested when I wake up and most importantly my Husband ❤️❤️ is no longer shouting at me in the night. I’m told he used to nudge me 10 times a night because of my grizzly snore (I was oblivious 🤣) They really do work and because they are so light you forget you have them on!!

I don’t know the magic behind it, but they worked for me. I was getting 5/6 hours straight sleep. I ran out and woke up a fair few times (I.e. missed them)

I use them with my cpap machine and I find them a great help

This is an amazing product in helping get a great night's sleep. I recommend both the nazal strips and mouth together. It really opens the airways and allows for a relaxing sleep. It also had the bonus of stopping my husband snoring.

I randomly met the founder of "Naze" in a pharmacy in Dalkey. I was intrigued by the product as I have been mouth taping for quite a while but the quality of the tape available on Amazon was not great. I have been using Naze since that day (about 6 weeks ago) and it is a thousand times better. The mouth tape stays on all night BUT the nasal strip is a game changer,really opens up the airway and significantly reduces snoring.
The "Naze combo" is a must for a good night's sleep, for me and my wife!

I have been using Naze strips for a couple of Months at first I was having problems with the sides lifting during the night. I contacted the company and received the advise below from (Adam) this has worked a treat and the strips stay on all night leading to a much better sleep. I am not waking up as often and feeling much fresher in the mornings. Thank you.

Make the hold last

Apply as the very last step before bed to clean, completely dry skin (no moisturiser/serum where the strip sits).

Place it low, just above the flare of the nostrils (not on the hard bridge).

Warm the strip between your fingers, press along the full length and hold 15–20 seconds.

If you’ve showered or exercised, let skin cool/dry 10–15 min first.

For oily skin or night sweating: gently wipe the area, dry fully, and keep the room a touch cooler.

If it lifts at the ends, try a slight “smile” curve; if the centre lifts, a shallow V can help.

About the magnetic strip

We don’t recommend using the magnetic strip for overnight sleep. For sleep, stick with the nasal strip (and mouth tape if/when comfortable).

If mouth tape felt too much

Try a short “training” build-up: 10–15 mins while reading/TV, then 30–60 mins, then overnight when it feels natural.

Apply to clean, dry skin, press edges 5–10s, and peel off slowly in the morning while holding the skin.

Side-sleeping and a slightly higher pillow also reduce snoring without tape.

If you’d like, I can send a 30-second placement video that usually stops the mid-night lift on the next try. Also, if your partner notices pauses, gasps, or choking in your sleep, it’s worth a quick chat with your GP to rule out sleep apnoea.

I find the Naze strips work well for me , the strip keeps my nostrils open during night, I breath threw my nose easier and less snoring.
They stick well if you clean skin before hand.
If the price could be reduced it would be great, I will keep using them.

Decrease in visual stimulation at night time which has massively improved me being able to wind down, relax and in return sleep better. Would definitely recommend along with the Naze Sleep Combo. Game changers!
